Dorothy Lee Evans

Evans, Dorothy Lee, 73, homemaker, passed from this world the afternoon of July 1, 2013 in Conway, AR. She was a longtime resident of Wichita, KS. She is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Shaw and Dorothy Adams, and her husband, James Evans. Dorothy is survived by her brother, Darryl Motti of Overland Park, KS, her son, Steve Jackman of Owasso, OK, and her daughter, Peggy Sutterfield of Conway, AR. Dorothy is also survived by four grandchildren, Jeremy Ventress of Bryant, AR and Sarah, Christopher, and April Jackman of Owasso, OK. Also, two Great-Grandchildren, Isabelle and Cooper Ventress. Graveside service and interment will be at 1:00 P.M., July 5, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Scott, KS. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
