Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Mrs. Bowers was a wonderful person who we will miss. She was always kind and thoughtful in our interactions with her and we honestly enjoyed seeing her on her visits to Dallas. Her strength and desire to celebrate life was an inspiration to our family. She fought hard and triumphed in the end. We wish strength and courage upon all existing family members.
Gene and Aaron, so sorry to read about Dovie. I know she fought a good fight. I am sorry for your loss. Our memories are our reward for spending our time with our loved ones. Remember all your good times. Our prayers are with you.
Our hearts are heavy with the loss of Dovie – she will be missed by all. She always had a smile and a spirit that was always strong – went far too young. Her suffering is over now but her love will be with you forever. All of you will be in our prayers and thoughts.
Dovie Lou will be missed by many, many people in the Wichita area as well as around Kansas. She touched so many of us through her caring heart and helpful nature. I can imagine that there are people fighting cancer right now who were encouraged by Dovie’s persistent and loving nature. She had a true love for life, family, friends and her God. We have all been richly blessed by having Dovie Lou in our lives!
Cathy and Charlie, Our prayers are with you and the whole family as you grieve the loss of Dovie. Only God can comfort your deepest sorrow and we pray that He will. With love and prayers, Frankie & Willie McPherson
