Edward Fitzgerald, Jr., 65, Residential and Commercial Painter and Tile Contractor, died Thursday, January 13, 2022. Ed was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Fitzgerald; sister, Patricia F. Read. Survived by his sisters, Carol (Robert) Matschiner of St. Louis, MO; Jane Warren of Andover, KS; brother, Tim Fitzgerald of Wichita; nephew, Philip (Stephanie) Warren of Wichita; niece, Margaret (James) Wagle of Wichita; nephew, Robert (Erika) Matschiner of New Orleans, LA; nephew, Joe (Amy) Matschiner of St. Louis, MO. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 29, 2022, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Ascension Cemetery. Family requests in-person service attendees be masked and vaccinated. Mass will be live streamed for virtual attendees through St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church’s website.
