Thomas, Edward R. “Butch”, 68, passed away Friday, September 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born January 2, 1940. He fought a courageous battle of brain cancer. He was a successful business man in the printing business and retired from Ward Kraft as a General Manager at the age of 58. He was loved and respected by many friends and family. He was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn J. Thomas, parents Pete and Helen Thomas and will be missed dearly. Survivors include his son; Steve (Michelle) Thomas, two grandchildren; Ashlyn and Marshall; daughter; Lisa (Cullen) Reid; four grandchildren; Jeremy, Gabriel and Daniel Munoz and Zach Howard; step-granddaughter; Tyler Reid and five great-grandchildren Lilyana, Adrianna, Gavin, Gabriella and Aubrey. A celebration of life service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Downing and Lahey West Mortuary. Memorials have been established with Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S.
