  1. April 9, 2024

To the entire family of Eldena,

We are sorry to see the loss of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We have known her for many years from Hillside Christian Church and having gone to school with LaDena in our youth and knowing other family through Hillside. She was always such a delight with her warm smile, laughter and many shared conversations. My parents enjoyed her friendship and my mother always enjoyed sharing stories of family with her. We extend our deepest sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. May God comfort you all in the days ahead.

    Sincere condolences,
Bill, Shirley Sagerty, Steve and Sandra Sagerty-Crenshaw, Carol, Joseph and Anna Bubnick

  2. We’re so sorry to hear of the passing of Eldena. We have good memories of visiting with her on Sundays and Wednesday evenings at Hillside Bible study years ago. After she moved into the care home we used to take communion to her. A sweet memory is when she had lost her memory, she would still sing Jesus Loves Me along with us. Her love for Jesus was deeply ingrained and definitely still there! Terry and Kathy Allen

  3. Ladena I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. She always welcomed me into your home with open arms. Mallory Stryker
