Betty was born on March 31, 1941, and passed away on February 18, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes Nancy and Henry B. Dugan, and sisters, Nancy Mohr and Jean Girrens. Her living family consists of sisters, Mary Reichenberger and Janet Sanchez; son, Andy (Belinda), and daughter, Debbie Neises; grandchildren, Elisabeth (Curtis) Goebel, Anthony (Paige) Neises and Michael Neises; great-grandchildren, Sydney and Delaney Goebel. Viewing will be Tuesday, February 23, from 6-8pm at Downing and Lahey West. Rosary will be 10am on Wednesday, February 24 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Her entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum. A memorial has been established with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School, 645 N. 119th St. W., Wichita, KS 67235.
