Ellen "Louise" Walker, 88, died Friday, August 6, 2021. Viewing will be from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, Friday, August 13, 2021, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Louise was the retired owner and operator of L&M Antique Shop and Cafe in Andover, KS in addition to being a part-time rancher and homemaker. She was previously employed by Boeing and USD 259. Preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Verna Duncan; husband, Ralph Walker; son, Brian Neil Hardesty. Survived by her son, Michael David Hardesty; granddaughter, Chelsea Jane Hardesty; step-sons, Michael and Jerry; step-daughter, Janet; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: ASPCA, 424 E. 92nd St., New York, NY 10128-6804.

Sorry for your loss. I remember many times in my childhood when Louise and Ralph would come to Missouri to spend a week or two with my great grandparents and they would take me swimming at the creek then out to lunch. I always looked forward to their visits.
