Signe Mother sent me information that your mother had died. It has been such a long time since I have seen her that she will always be young and beautiful in my eyes. I hope you and your family will be able to console each other and take solice in the knowledge that old friends are thinking of you.
Emily Jane (Fincham) Nelson was a friend and classmate from Pratt High School, Class of 1941. She was our Class Secretary our senior year. Emily Jane, as we called her in high school, was a very popular, smart and involved classmate who greeted every one with a beautiful smile. Emily and her sister Pauline attended a class reunion held in Pratt last April. What a joy to see them and exchange stories and memories of our long ago past. We will miss her!
