Erin Joy Weaver

AUGUSTA - Weaver, Erin Joy (Meyersick), 31, born January 29, 1983 and lived a caring life until February 6, 2014. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Augusta United Methodist Church. Grew up in the Benton community, Greenwich United Methodist Church, graduated in 2001 from Circle High School, and later studied at Butler County Community College. She worked in home health, office management, and as a 911 dispatcher. She dearly loved her family and her service to others was a reflection of her Christian faith. She enjoyed providing meals to the homeless as part of her churchs outreach. In her short life, she showed a flair for music composition, photography, and other creative arts. She had a love for the family farm and often assisted with harvest. She is survived by her son, Justin Gettings; stepsons, Justin and Josh Weaver, Jason Calvert; parents, Darryl and Marsha Meyersick of Benton; brother, Tyler Meyersick of Lawrence; grandmother, Fay Meyersick of Benton; many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
