VALLEY CENTER - Eugene “Gene” Patry, 64, died Saturday, February 27, 2016. Rosary will at 9:30 A.M. and Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 1, 2016 both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Participated in the Holy Family Summer Camp and Special Olympics. Preceded in death by parents, Roy and Almeda (Horsch) Patry; step-father, AJ Nilles. Survived by siblings, Terry Patry (Shawnee), of Wichita, Diana Seiler (Ron) of Wichita, Randy Patry (Kathy) of Wichita, LouAnn Scheer (Jeff) of Garden Plain; numerous nieces and nephews; and New Hope "Family". In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with Holy Family Summer Camp, Catholic Diocese of Wichita, 424 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67202. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
