Burden, Evadell, 73, retired Boeing secretary and homemaker, passed away, Monday, February 1, 2010. Service 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Preceded in death by husband, Tom Burden and sister, Phyllis Becker. Survivors: daughters, Jacalyn (Brian) Fortune of Benton, KS and Kristin (Chad) McCleerey of Andover, KS; grandchildren, Seth, Olivia and Drew McCleerey; sister, Mae Benton of Emporia, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 9415 E. Harry, Wichita, KS, 67207 and Good Shepherd Hospice, 439 N. McLean, Wichita, KS, 67203. Pam told us that you cared for her for several years, which Im sure was a monumental task. Stay strong and keep a positive attitude.
