Evea LyVonne Meeds

Meeds, Evea LyVonne, 97, retired civil servant, passed away April 29, 2013. Visitation with the family is 5:30 to 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Graveside service is 12:00 P.M., Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Park Cemetery (North Side) Columbus, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, C. Arch Smith and Minnie Leola Smith. Survivors include daughter, LaDonna M. (Duane) Moss; sons, Charles A. (Angela) Meeds, Merle E. “Pete” (Carla) Meeds; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; special family friend, Tommy Reid. A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 330 N. Market, Wichita, KS, 67202. Downing Lahey Mortuary.
