Evelyn Irene Stratton, 83, died Sunday, February 19, 2017. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Burial will follow at 3:00 P.M., at Sumner County Memorial Gardens, Wellington, KS. Preceded in death by her husband, Jake Stratton; son, Randy Stratton; parents, Joseph and Bertha Rucker. Survived by her daughter, Joy (Allen) Lowry; son, Jim (Teresa) Stratton; 6 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
