Felix Adams, Jr.

Felix (Phil) Adams, Jr., born on August 18, 1940, in Eureka, KS, entered eternal life on August 10, 2016. He was a devoted husband of 53 years to Janice Adams and a loving father to two sons, Jason (Betsy) and Jared (Kim). He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix, Sr. and Louise Bruns Adams; and brother, Don Adams. He is survived by 2 sons and wives and 4 grandchildren (Evan, Brooke, Carly, and Allison), 3 sisters and 1 brother. He taught school for 50 years - the last 44 years teaching psychology at Butler Community College in El Dorado, KS. For 22 years, Felix was the golf coach at Butler. Eighteen of those years, his teams participated in NJCAA Nationals. A celebration of his life will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Wichita, KS, at 12:30 P.M., Saturday, August 20, 2016.
