Frances Louise Seely, 92, homemaker, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021. Visitation, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 27 at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Graveside Service, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28, at Greenwood Cemetery. Preceded in death by parents, William and Pearl Powers, and 5 siblings. Survivors: husband, Richard; children, Steve (Kim) Seely, Don (Debra) Seely and Kathy Greenwell; grandchildren, Curtis and Clifton Seely, Joseph, Joshua and Jacob Bilhimer, Jesse Greenwell, Robert and Chad Elliott; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; siblings, Ralph, Forrest, Wanda and Bill.
