Preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Soto-Dominguez and Martina Saenz-Zambrano; brother, Pablo Soto; nephew, Raul Soto, Jr. Survived by his wife, Paula J. Soto of Valley Center; son, Francisco A. Soto; daughters, Elena I. (Alex) Soto, Julianna C. Soto; brothers, Raul Soto, Juan (Stella) Soto, Jesus (Tracy) Soto, Israel Soto; sisters, Maria "Nena" M. (Joe) Perez, Veronica Soto. A memorial has been established with: Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, 4910 N. Woodlawn, Bel Aire, KS 67220; American Heart Association, 8918 W. 21st Street North #248, Wichita, KS 67205.
