Franklin Deach Horsch

ANDALE - Franklin “Deach” Horsch, 83, passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Frank was born to Peter and Mary (Heimerman) Horsch on November 8, 1932 in Andale. He was the owner of Franks Plumbing and Heating in Andale for 50 years. On June 6, 1953, he married Alma Lies of St. Mark. They were blessed with 7 children: Jane Schauf, Ron Horsch (Renee), Mary Stanhope (Stan), Tim Horsch (Mary), Frank Horsch, Jr. (Rhonda), Kurt Horsch (Shannon), Brad Horsch (Mindy). Also surviving are 35 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way; siblings, Lorainne Rorick of Colorado Springs, CO, Doris "Pug" Ast of Wichita and Stanley Horsch (Wilma) of Springfield, MO. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Luke Horsch; sons-in-law, Greg Winter and Don Schauf; siblings, Eluta Smith, Raymond Horsch and Bernice Gorges.
