71, Retired Biology Teacher and pharmaceutical representative, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 10:30 A.M., followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 6, 2016, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Pauline Keltner; sister, Oleta Ewing. Survived by his wife, Jodi Keltner; daughters, Amy Dillard, Kerrie (Kevin) Lovingier; sister, Marcia (Bruce) Witbart; grandchildren, Chloe, Grace, Grant, Blake, Stella, Gus, Scarlett. A memorial has been established with Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, 125 N. Quentin St., Wichita, KS 67208. Downing & Lahey Mortuary East.

I knew Gary from many years ago via Hilltop Manor Recreation Center where we played basketball and Southeast High School. One of the really good guys. My deepest sympathies to Gary’s family, friends and loved ones.
