Cody, Genevieve “Geno”, 83, retired VA Hospital Medical Technician, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007. Graveside service 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 4, Calvary Cemetery. Preceded in death by husband, James Edward Cody. Survivors: sons, Alex and Linda Cody of Aurora, MO, Marcus Cody and John Cody, both of Wichita; daughters, Paula Cody of Wichita and Mary and John OConnell of Deltona, FL; sister, Katherine Redding of Bethesda, MD; nine grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 nephews; 1 niece. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.

Mark, I’ve not seen you for years,but I still tell people of our time camping and suba diving and trip across the border into Mexico. That was a great time drinking beer and singing with the locals in the park while Bob Larue played their guitar. I also thought you where in of the best athletes at Southeast.I think the last time I saw you was in my front yard when I lived on the corner of Ridgewood and Pawnee. I give you my condolences on your mothers passing.
