George A. Roy

Roy, George A., 85, retired accountant, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M., Friday, June 2, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. George was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 1948 ~ 1953, All Saints 1953 ~ 1966, Church of the Magdalen, 1966 ~ 2002 and St. Thomas Aquinas 2002 ~ present. George was deeply grateful for the wonderful women who shared his life; Hazel A. (Riley) Roy for 42 years and Stella M. (Boudreau) Roy for 18 years. God bless them both. Preceded in death by his first wife, Hazel, his son, Eugene A. Roy and daughter, Suzanne Najim. Survivors: wife, Stella Roy; sons and daughters-in-law, George A, II. and Margaret Roy of Woodlands, TX, Lawrence R. and Jacqueline L. Roy of Waterloo, IA and Edward M. Roy of Wichita; step-son and wife, Bill and Pat Hoye of St. Louis, MO; step-daughters, Mary Kay OShea of Seattle, WA and Pat Roach of Wichita; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donat and Josephine Roy of Reading, Ma, Leo and Bea Roy of Seattle, WA and Roland and Joyce Roy of Summerville, MA; 7 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
