Harris George B., 97, retired Trailways Bus mechanic, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Service 2:00 P.M., Saturday, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Survivors: special friend and companion, Ruby G. Kelsey; grandchildren, David and Michelle Harrison and Eric Harrison, all of Russell, KS, Marsha and Dave Turnbull of Pullman, WA, Bill and Barb Harrison of Hermiston, OR and George Daniel Harris of Broken Arrow, OK. Preceded by wife, Velda (Wood) Harris, son, George Franklin Harris, daughter, Margaret Harrison, sister, Helen Collier and brothers, Everett, Estle and Earl. A memorial has been established with University United Methodist Church, 2220 N. Yale, Wichita, KS, 67220.
