Sipe, Grace Davis, 77, Secondary School Teacher, moved to Heaven Friday, May 23, 2014. Visitation with the Family will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Visitation and Luncheon will take place from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 29, 2014, at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 29, 2014, at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church. Grace graduated from Augusta High School in 1954 and Emporia State University in 1957. She received her Masters Degree from Wichita State University in 1970. The Davis family owned and operated the Cascade Cottages inside Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park. Grace and her family spent summers running the cabins. Preceded in death by her parents, LaVere and Hazel Davis; sister, Mary Lee Johnson. Survived by her husband, Richard Sipe of Wichita, KS; children, Geoffrey George (Dee) of Wichita, Jennifer George-Castillo of Wichita; step-children, Gregg Sipe (Linda) of Dayton, OH, Todd Sipe (Julie) of Wichita, Myles Sipe (Cindy) of Wichita, Marla Hofer (Steven) of Bridgeport, TX; sister, Mary Francis Berner (F.L. Berner) of Marlton, NJ; grandchildren, Keeley George, Kody George, Dulce Castillo, Emilio Castillo; step-grandchildren, Jason Lee Sipe, Lindsey Hess (Jason), Matthew Sipe, Jessica Anderson (Damien), Jayme Kronmiller (Grace), Jeremy Kronmiller, Brittany Jarret (Kent), Kouri Hoffman, Alexis Hofer; step-great-grandchildren, Chole Anderson, Cameron Anderson, Isaach Anderson, Jac Jarret.
