Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Dear Mary, I was deeply saddened for you, and your family, upon hearing of Don’s passing. I knew him only briefly during the time he worked for My Dad at the DC Coop. But ,obviously, our friendship goes back much farther; for you to have been his wife I know he must have been a good man . My heartfelt condolences. Fondly, Ted Nickell
Dear Mrs Hagar, we were sadden to hear of Don passing. Don was our customer (buyer) out at Boeing for many years and a dear friend. Don nominated J R Custom Metal for an award the Small Business of the year in 1991 through the SBA He traveled with our family to Washington DC to receive the award. Don represented the Boeing Company. I have a picture where we are visting with Senator Bob Dole.(I will mail you a copy) He was great friend and mentor. Our Thoughs and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. The Martinez Family
To Mary and the family of Donnie Hagar, Hearing of Don’s passing filled me with sadness and my heart goes out to all of you. Believe it or not, I remember Donnie from my early childhood years. I can hear him singing and see his smile in my memories. I am grateful for the amazing friendship he had with my dad all these years. God Bless. Anna (Dabson) Fuller, Jerry’s daughter
My condolences. I went to school here in Janesville with Don. Me and Gary Geller visited Don in Kansas a few years ago and enjoyed him later at the Elks club here in town. I will never forget his singing performance at the old Janesville high school in the early 1950s
Dear Mary and family. I have always appreciated how Don got me involved in the Cadillac Club and what a fun guy he was. We enjoyed the time we spent.
To Mary & family, I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of Don. As you can recall, Don & I go back many years due to his great musical talent. I was very fortunate to employ Don to perform his music at the Eagles Lodge on several occassions. He was a good man, very talented and always did a great job. Hopefully time will help fill the emptiness with memories of such a great ‘singer & picker’. Your friend, Glenn Richardson
