Hailey (Haileigh) Rose Lowrance, 17, High School Junior, concluded her life on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Hailey was born on November 21, 2004 to Patrick and Amanda Lowrance. At a very young age, she formed a love for art, soccer, gymnastics and basketball. With confidence in her corner, there was no task too big or too small that Hailey would not achieve with a proud smile. She was joined by Cora and "sister mischief" quickly formed a lasting legacy. Hailey was often mother hen to her siblings ensuring there was no lack of laughter, smiles and sweet treats without her parents’ knowledge. Hailey stood up for Cora, taught Daxson to ride a bike, loved Eldon like he was her own and helped originate Zeuscifer's name. She was the rock in the Lowrance household, a hero to many and never went unnoticed even when she couldn't believe it. There will never be another Hailey to walk the halls of Martin Elementary, Andover Middle School, Andover High School, Goessel High School and Belle Plaine High School. Hailey always had a desire to help others, whether it was to be a doctor to help deliver babies safely to their mommy's or help others dealing with mental illness. The world has seen its one and only Haileigh. She joined her beloved dog, Freckles and is looking down on us all. Survived by her parents, Patrick and Amanda Lowrance of Belle Plaine, KS; siblings, Cora, Daxson, Eldon, and Zeuscifer; grandmother, Julie Lowrance of Marion, KS; grandfather, Gerard (Laura) Lowrance; grandparents, John and Ruth Harmon, all of Osage City, KS; grandfather, David Durbin of Kansas City, KS; great-grandfather, Bill Durbin of Ft. Worth, TX. Visitation will be from 4:25 pm – 7:25 pm, Friday, April 1, 2022; Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 2, 2022, both at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. The funeral service will be live streamed and available to view by clicking "Watch Event" below.

  4. Patrick and Amanda and family, We are sad and shocked by the news of Hailey. We prayer that God will wrap you all in his arms and comfort you at this most difficult time. We have so many memories of Hailey from the YMCA and Basketball. You ( Amanda and Patrick) had amazing patience and always so respected by how involved you were in Haileys activities. Please know Hailey will never be forgotten. Many hugs and prayers for your family- Lyndsey Curry and Kate Geier.

  5. I didn’t know Hailey on a personal level, but I always saw her & Cora come in to the school every morning for breakfast, I loved seeing what they were wearing that day because they both seemed to love fashion, whether it was spirit week or a normal week. The halls of BP will never be the same. My sincere condolences to the family and friends. May you rest in peace Hailey, you will forever be missed by so many. Jenniffer (Custodian/lunch lady @ BPHS)
