Harris Kendall Clark, Jr.

Harris Kendall Clark Jr. was born February 6, 1948, in Manhattan, Kansas, to Harris Kendall Clark and Margaret Genevieve Farrell (Margene).
Kendall attended high school in Salina, Kansas. While in high school, Kendall worked summers on the family farm putting up hay with draft horses. Kendall graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1966. After high school, Kendall attended the University of Kansas, where he participated in the ROTC program and was a member of the FIJI Fraternity. He ultimately receiving his degree from Marymount College in finance and business administration 1974.
Kendall was employed by Stifel for 37 years as a broker and financial advisor, until his retirement in 2019.
In 1971, he was joined in holy matrimony to Constance Kay VanBlaricon (Drabant). To this union, Jason Douglas Clark and Ryan Patrick Clark were born.
Kendall found his soul mate in Dana Maria Renteria and they were married in March 24th, 2000 in New Orleans.
Kendall was an automotive aficionado who enjoyed the finer side of all things motorized as well as getting his hands dirty. One of his greatest joys was going out for a drive in the country. He also loved to travel and did so with Dana for the past 20 years.
Kendall departed this life on November 8th, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Harris Kendall Clark and his brother, Richard Patrick Clark. He leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Margene Clark; wife, Dana Clark; children, Jason Clark (Genny Gadelkarim) and Ryan Clark (Angie); siblings, Theresa Weigel (Maure), Ann Clark, Tim Clark (Lorna), Kathy Finan (Jerry), Shawna Millentree (Gene), and Julie Clark (David Bosley); and also grandchildren, Sophia, Savannah, Ethan, Isaian, Samuel, Kaitlynn, and Ethan Hayes.
Family and friends service is 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. The Memorial Service will be Live Streamed and available to view by clicking "Watch Event" below.
A memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
Margene, I am so sorry for you and your family. I remember playing with Kenny and Ricky as children in Enterprise. I hope you are well.
