Hazel L. Jeanne Steven

Steven, Hazel L. “Jeanne”, 83, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, died Saturday, January 3, 2015. She loved traveling, shopping, walks in the mall, the outdoors, and loved her family dearly. Rosary service will be at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 6, 2015, and Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 7, 2015, both at Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Gertrude Treadway; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Steven, of Wichita, KS; children, Rick Steven, Jr (Donna), of Derby, Cindy Jenista (John), of Pensacola, FL, Gary Steven (Linda), of Wichita; grandchildren, Carly Chance, Marisa and Ryan Steven, Johnny and Courtney Jenista, Andrew and Chip Steven; great-grandchildren, Alivia Steven and David Rickels. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 South Market, Wichita, Kansas, 67202. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
