Helen Ann Medkeff

Medkeff, Helen Ann, 94, died in her sleep of congestive heart failure in Wichita, Kansas, on June 27, 2012. Memorial Mass 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 2, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, sisters, Katharine (Russell) Sparks, Mary (Joe) Banyai, Eve Obrst and brother, Adam (Helen) Obrst. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen (Ron) Stone, and granddaughter, Robyn Stone (Pete) Maharry, and many nieces and nephews. Helen and her husband moved to Wichita in 2008. Helen resided with her daughter and son-in-law after her husband died in 2008 and moved to Larksfield Memory Care Residence in Wichita in March, 2012. Before moving to Wichita, Helen and Tom lived in Tallmadge, Ohio. Her brother, Leo Obrst (Dorothy) resides in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Wichita.
