King, Helen Marie, 90, homemaker and author, was called home to be with the Lord, Monday, October 3, 2005. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Harold James King and daughter, Velma Gilbert. Survivors: sons, Larry King (Deanna) of Merced, CA and Kenneth King (Judy) of Abilene, KS; daughter, Peggy King of Wichita; son-in-law, Max Gilbert of St. Louis, MO; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
