Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
I and my 2 older sisters attended Andover school spanning from the 30’s to 1959. Miss Meyersick was very very special to the Mohler family. When my older sister, Benita, had Malta Fever, she missed a lot of school. Miss Meyersick brought lessons to our home for her & helped her with them. I doubt she missed a lesson. She was an excellent teacher to us all. It’s so sad the teachers of today could not come close to her. She was a gracious Lady and an Angel. She had a kind, stern voice; sweet smile and eyes that twinkled. We corresponded fo several years. The last letter from her was right after she hurt her hand. Her perfect handwriting was the same as it was 60 years ago. Miss Meyersick was a very caring, creative and giving person. She was the most beautiful Lady I think I will ever know. I was unable to attend her funeral because of my health, but I will continue to think of her ofter and remember her always. Clara Kay (Mohler) Hettenbach.
