Rowland; sister-in-law, Shirley Mann. Survivors: wife, Lou Anna Rowland; sons, James “Mark” Rowland of Eufaula, OK, James “Chris” Rowland (Terry Lynn) of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Tyler James Rowland; brother-in-law, Ken Mann of Okmulgee, OK; nieces, Valerie Gould of Jenks, OK and Jennifer Timken of Murfreesboro, TN.
