Miller, James Franklin 95, retired Special Agent FBI, passed away Monday, August 28, 2017. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, August 31, 2017, and Funeral Service will be at 9:00 am, Friday, September 1, 2017, both at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Emma Miller; and wife, Carol Miller. Survived by his step-children, Don Stahl of Newton, KS, Steve Stahl of Hutchinson, KS, James Stahl, Jr. of Hutchinson, KS, Janice Kirk of Wichita, KS; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
