My condolences to the Ranson family on the passing of Jim
Our condolences to the Ranson Family on the passing of Jim.
Rest In Peace Mr. Ranson.
Jim was a good close friend for many years. We had many delightful trips and discussions. He was always a delight. He was in Gayle and my wedding and we had not been able to contact in the recent past. We miss him.
Jim was one of my best friends in college. It had become difficult to reach him and now I know why. All of my memories of Jim are positive. Everyone he knew was his friend, there was nobody who didnt like and admire him. We will miss you, Ranse.
I just learned the sad news of Jims passing. I had the pleasure and honor of working for Jim in the Office of Chief Counsel for several years. He was a man of high intellect, quiet humility, and a great sense of humor. He led and developed one of the best group of attorneys through his exemplary respect for the rule of law and his deep concern for the well-being of his employees. Rest In Peace, Chief.
I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my belated condolences as I just learned of Jims passing. Jim was my first boss at the IRS. He was a good boss who was not afraid to take risks. He gave me opportunities to grow in my career for which I will always be grateful. We missed him at the IRS after he retired. May he rest in peace.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
