Kelly, James Lloyd, 59, loving, husband father and grandfather, called home Saturday, June 13, 2015. Celebration of Life is 10:00 am Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Believers Southern Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his mother, Juanell Kelly and grandparents. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Lisa; daughter, Latisha Chapman (Tyler); grandchildren, Londyn, Sydney, Liberty; father, James B. Kelly; brothers, Dexter (Sherry), Floyd; sister, Karen Elliott, many nieces and nephews.
