Jana Burke, 52, dedicated parent, foster parent and social worker, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021. Jana touched the lives of many families and children throughout her lifetime and was a devoted servant to all causes involving women and child welfare. Family services will be held and communicated privately. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Frances Hoggatt. She is survived by her life partner, David Combs of Manhattan, KS; children, Haylee Burke of Wichita, Brianna Burke of Bartlesville, OK, Julia VanBrunt of Stillwater, OK; brother, Jeffrey Hoggatt of Wichita.
