Survivors: son, Nicholas Blaine (Tara) of Wichita; daughter, Tiffany Blaine (Steven Newman) of Haysville; sisters, Carolyn Mousley (Randy) and Norma Ruiz (Arthur) all of Wichita; brother, Vernon Heinze; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Sydney, Keyoni, Reagan, Grace and Genevieve and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
