Jean H. Girrens, 86, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am, Thursday, July 21, 2016, both at Christ the King Catholic Church. Jean was a homemaker, an avid Shocker fan, and worked side by side with her beloved Donald until his death in 2008. Also preceded in death by her parents, Henry B. and Nancy (McFarlane) Dugan; sister, Nancy Mohr. Survived by her sons, Ed (Carol) of Molalla, OR, Donnie, Bob (Deanna), David (Deb), and Tim (Lana), all of Wichita, KS; daughters, Patti Helton of Woodland Park, CO, Barbara Girrens of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Bill (Candace) and Aaron (Ashley) Helton, Hanna (Jacob) Ortego, Lori (Eric), Eddie (Jean), Dugan, Dustin (Nicole), Dawn, Rachel, and Niki Girrens; great-grandchildren, Timmy, David, Kennedy, Kyle, Farrah, Wyatt, Kolby and Kaleb Girrens, Zachary and Aubrey Helton, Stephanie and Josh Rayer; sisters, Mary Reichenberger, Betty Orth, Janet (Wayne) Sanchez; brother-in-law, Mike (Marian) Girrens; sisters-in-law, Gladys Abbott, Rosemary (Ben) Olmstead, and Nadine Girrens; numerous nieces, nephews, and family.
