Goodvin, Jeanne, 68, Retired City of Wichita Managers Office, 1995-2008, died Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 10, 2013, at St. Stephens Episcopal Church. Preceded in death by: her parents, Al and Lindy Wilson; birthmother, Pauline Bain; grandparents, Ora (Dottie) and Ray Wilson; grandmother; Ann Elwood. Survived by: companion, Joe Johnson, of Wichita; son, Woodrow W. (Tiffany) Goodvin, III, of Sandpoint, ID; daughters, Courtney (Phil Jr.) Ruffin, of Wichita, KS, Jacqualynn (John) Melfi, of Tampa, FL; sisters, Sue Helton, Mary Ramos, Marlene Gray; brothers, Tony Helton, Connie Terrell; grandchildren, Riley Ruffin, Davis Goodvin, Hadley Goodvin, Christopher Rives, Cally Dible, Cassandra Rives, Cody Rives, Ashley Stevenson; great-grandchildren, Kadence Dible, Payton Hensley, Adelaide Rives. Deceased former husband, Woodrow W.
