Jeannette Marie Nikkel

Nikkel, Jeannette Marie, 69, Andover Branch Managing Officer for Equity Bank, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from ovarian cancer. Visitation with the family will be from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M., Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Rosary will be at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, January 11, 2015; Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 12, 2015, both at Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church. Jeannette was an active participant of the Andover Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, YMCA Board of Directors, Greater Andover Days, Safe Halloween and Hometown Christmas and coordinated the annual Thanksgiving dinner for the Andover Senior Center. Preceded in death by her parents, Mary Marie and Richard Mason Zimmerman; husband, L. Wayne Nikkel. Survived by her most adored grandson, Mason Wayne Schulte of Wichita; daughter, Jennifer Schulte (Aaron) of Wichita; sisters, Renee Hanrahan (Patrick), Mary Louise Nash, Mimie McGuire (Les), all of Wichita; brother, John Mack of Lexington, KY; numerous nieces and nephews.
