The angels came to KU Medical Center for Jeff, age 50, on July 19, 2021. Jeff was born December 5, 1970, in Wichita, and is survived by his parents, Carl and Norma Blevins of Wichita; brother, Justin (Ashley) of Clearwater, and nephews, Lane, Conner and Easton; brother, Jason of Wichita, and nephew, Harrison, and niece, Gracie. A memorial has been established in Jeff’s name at Kansas Special Olympics, 3153 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67213 (phone: 316-734-2233). There will be no viewing. A private family service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery Chapel on Saturday, July 24. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
