Jeffrey "Jeff" Eugene Allen, 58, property manager, died Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 29, 2023, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West Chapel. Jeff was a member of B.A.C.A. (Bikers Against Child Abuse). Preceded in death by his father, Virgil Allen. Survived by his mother, Marianne Lee; daughters, Ashley (Kyle) Allen and Jordyn Allen; son, Vincent (Jessica) Marez; sisters, Julie (Steve) Ruth, Janette (Charles) Wilson; grandchildren, Aidan Mains, Gabriel Allen, Eryana Marez, Combiano Marez, Sylvo Marez; stepsister, Brenda Lee; stepbrothers, Larry (Delta) Lee and Stephen Lee. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Bikers Against Child Abuse, PO Box 2096, Wichita, KS 67201.

Awwwww This man was the nicest, man I know! He was so respectful towards women! Towards everyone! He loves his family and he loved his Jewel and he’s with her now! I’m going to miss this wonderful man just as I miss my sweet Jewel friend! I love you both !
