Jerry Allen Milam I, 84, went to his Lord and Savior on Good Friday, April 7, 2023, after a battle with Alzheimer’s. He retired from the trucking industry as a Sales/Manager in 2000. Preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Ruby Milam; and stepfather, David Grober; sister, Karen; and brother, Ned. Survived by his wife, Cheryl; sons, Jerry (Paula) Milam II, Jeffrey (Lisa) Milam, Jason Milam; daughter Jana (Colin) O’Bryan; grandchildren, Peyton, Cole, and Justin; siblings, Dave (Sally) Grober, Edward (Kathy) Grober; fifteen nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 N. Greenwich, Wichita, KS 67206. Memorials have been established with Holy Cross Lutheran School, and Fort Smith Library, 3201 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith AR, 72903. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
