Joa Nena Knotts, 64, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Private Services. Survived by her husband, Oren Knotts; daughter, Kassia (Brandon) Spicer; grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Chloe, Kerrigan, and Raphael; son, Kaven Knotts. A memorial has been established with: Wichita Association of the Deaf, 1646 E. Central, Wichita, KS 67214. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.

So sad Nena has passed away at a young age! I worked with her years ago. Nena and I worked at a machine shop together. She was full of life. Since she was deaf I had to relearn how to sign. She will be missed! RIP Nena! Sharron Eledge
