Joan (Conway) Fettis

Fettis, Joan (Conway), 71, wife, mother, grandmother and friend died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005 after a brief illness. Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 at Calvary United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Everett C. Fettis, and is survived by her children, Dan Fettis (Kerri) of Chandler, AZ, Lisa Fettis of Gilbert, AZ, Diane Frederick (Ray) of Wichita; grandchildren, Jack Quinn of Wichita, Jeff Quinn of Wichita, Lauren Fettis of Chandler, AZ, Ami Frederick of Hutchinson, Ryan Frederick of Salina and Kale Frederick of Hutchinson; brother, Perry Conway of Louisville, CO; sisters, Virginia Brubaker of Manhattan, KS and June Escott of Queens, NY; several nieces and nephews and many life long friends. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 4218 SE Blvd., Wichita, KS 67210.
