  1. Dear Nancy, I am so sorry to read just this evening about your mother Joan, She was always so thoughtful and kind to me all those years ago when you Sharon Walker and I worked out together at the old exertech always quick to ask how I was doing or did I need something to drink after a hard workout, your father also was kind as well and I know these will be trying times for him. It has been said that you never forget how a person made you feel. Your mother always made me feel welcome. My thoughts are with you and your family and I know how hard this will be for you having lost now both my parents these last few years. God Bless you . Sincerly Your friend through the ages Dan Hays
