Joan Mason, 93, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, died Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Memorial Mass will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 25, 2022, at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Josepha Bushey; husband, Claude Mason; son, Dick Mason. Survived by her daughter, Claudia (John Abrahams) Mason of Costa Rica; sons, David (Deborah) Mason of Wichita, John Mason of Chicago, IL; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial have been established with: Dick Mason Student Support Endowed Fund at Wichita State University, 1845 Fairmount St., Wichita, KS 67260; St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1214 E. 2nd St., Wichita, KS 67214. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
