John F. Duclayan, 79, Retired USN Chief Petty Officer and Retired Electrical Engineer, died Sunday, January 22, 2023. Services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a future date. John loved his family and liked to experience the world through diving, skiing, and sailing. He enjoyed woodworking, cooking, and spending time with his cats and dogs. John regularly donated to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Preceded in death by his father, Francisco Duclayan. Survived by his daughters, Alexis Duclayan of Wichita, Gina (Daniel Radosh) Duclayan of Brooklyn, NY, Becky Keyes of Statesboro, GA; 5 grandchildren; mother, Frances Duclayan. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with: Kansas Humane Society, Boys Town Charity, or the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Services in care of Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
