Morrison, John James, 52, beloved husband and father, University of Texas Medical Branch finance analyst, departed to Heaven, Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Visitation with the family will be 3:00 ~ 5:00 P.M., Sunday, June 7, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 8, Church of the Magdalen. Preceded in death by father, John J. Morrison, Sr. Survivors: wife, Patricia Ann Morrison; sons, John Collin Morrison and Matthew Ahlf Morrison, both of College Station, TX; mother, Mrs. Virginia Morrison of Eden Prairie, MN; sisters, Mary Taylor and Ginny Gadel, both of Eden Prairie, MN; brother, Jim Morrison of Dallas, TX. A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association, 837 S. Hillside, Wichita, 67211.
Visitation with the family will be 3:00 ~ 5:00 P.M., Sunday, June 7, Downing Lahey Mortuary East.

JACIE BOY, knowing your wicked sense of humour, you’re up there right now laughing at us here at UTMB Finance, thinking that at least you got out of the dreaded Monday morning Managers Meeting! I’m going to miss you terrbly, but I know you’re in a better place by far. My prayers are with your two wonderful boys, though I know will continue to watch over them. God Bless!
