Morrison, John James, 52, beloved husband and father, University of Texas Medical Branch finance analyst, departed to Heaven, Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Visitation with the family will be 3:00 ~ 5:00 P.M., Sunday, June 7, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 8, Church of the Magdalen. Preceded in death by father, John J. Morrison, Sr. Survivors: wife, Patricia Ann Morrison; sons, John Collin Morrison and Matthew Ahlf Morrison, both of College Station, TX; mother, Mrs. Virginia Morrison of Eden Prairie, MN; sisters, Mary Taylor and Ginny Gadel, both of Eden Prairie, MN; brother, Jim Morrison of Dallas, TX. A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association, 837 S. Hillside, Wichita, 67211. Visitation with the family will be 3:00 ~ 5:00 P.M., Sunday, June 7, Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
