John R. Burchfield, 103, Retired District Manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco, died Friday, April 14, 2017. Memorial Service will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Belle Burchfield; son, Robert R. Burchfield. Survived by his wife, Betty Burchfield; daughter, Carol E. Burchfield, both of Wichita; son, John (Judy) Burchfield of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Leslie Rabourn, John Burchfield; grand-dog, Chester.
