Guestbook

  1. Sean, I am truly sorry for your loss. I’m really happy to hear about your dad’s devotion and believe that he and your mom are happily together again and they’ll continue to watch over you and your family.

  2. I worked with John at Cessna. John wore his devotion to his work and family on his sleeve. He didn’t just say it he lived it. It was my pleasure to have known him.
I am sorry for you loss.

  3. Our friendship has spanned decades! And you and Becci have always been wonderful people! There are no words to describe the sorrow in our hearts we feel at this time! Knowing you has added joy to our lives!
We miss you! And Love ya Bro….
And to all your family! We are so very sorry for your loss!

    • Hi Mark,
I remember meeting you at their wedding! I am Becci’ younger Sister Theresa. Will we be seeing you and Debbie at the service?

  4. I am so very sorry to hear about John’s passing. He was a year behind me in high school, then we worked together for 20+ years at Cessna. Small world. How I enjoyed our chats, about the world, and life in general..to say he had opinions, is saying it lightly:) I sure admired him. He loved his grandchildren and family. May God give you comfort & peace.

  5. Very saddened to hear about John’s passing. I worked with him for over twenty years and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations about “everything!” But we really connected through our Scottish and Irish backgrounds. He was good soul. God Speed my friend. Condolences to all of his family.

  6. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I had only worked with John for a short year. He was retiring from Cessna as I had come into the department. He always had the best witty responses to ongoing situations from work and was fun to be around.

  7. John was such an amazing person. I met him in 1996 and he befriended me pretty quickly. He had a talent for drawing that blew my mind. My thoughts are with all of the family. Love and light to you all!

  8. Condolences to family and friends of John. He was such a nice man. Very nice. I enjoyed working with John. God bless everyone.

  9. Very sorry to hear about John’s passing. I worked with John for years at Cessna, and he always amazed me with his expertise and creativity. He was truly an anchor on the team. We could all depend on him and he lifted all of us with his guidance and education. I enjoyed my time with John and I know he will be missed by his former colleagues and friends.

  10. John,
I will miss you; give my Sister a hug for me when you see her!
I miss you; sometimes it is hard for your family as we will lose time spent with you. I know this is true, you missed your Becci even more! Till we meet again!
    Love Theresa

  11. I had the great fortune of working with John at Textron and sitting next to him for the six years I worked in Tech Pubs. Some of my best memories were Monday mornings when John and I would debrief about the latest episode of WestWorld. John was one of the few people who watched WW and I loved getting to hear his theories about what would happen next week. We would frequently talk about music, movies, TVs, halloween and everything in between. He always had such insightful conversations and I truly loved picking his brain and just talking about anything and everything. To say that John will be missed would be an understatement. Many thoughts and prayers are with the Renfro family at this time.

  12. I spent many years working with John at Cessna, he was wonderful colleague. He was thoughtful and approachable—you could talk to him about anything, whether it was work-related or not (and the “not” was usually more interesting!). His wit and sense of humor brought lightness to the office every day.

My heartfelt condolences go out to his family. John will be deeply missed.

  13. I worked with John for about 3 years’ time before his retirement. We usually crossed paths on our way in and out of work which led to some wonderful memories of his kindness and motivational/life conversations in the elevator. Even in the short amount of time the ride in the elevator was, I always looked forward to his company. He was such a kind and wonderful soul.
