Preceded in death by her Parents, Raymond Bellerive and Leoma Plante-Forgue; Sisters, Yvonne Bellerive, Brenda Dallacheisa. Survived by her Husband, Ben Burgess of Wichita, KS; Daughter, Tisha (James) Bartu of Lafayette, IN; Son, Brett Burgess of Wichita; Brothers, Gary Bellerive of Mineral City, OH, Randy Bellerive of New Philadelphia, OH; Grandchildren, Zachary and Samuel Bartu.
